We want all our Collar Me Crazee customers to be happy. If for some reason you receive  your collar and are not 100% satisfied please return your unused order for exchange or refund.  Returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of the order.  Exchanges only are offered on seasonal merchandise .

Please explain the reason for the return and whether you would like an exchange or refund.

Defective Merchandise:  Every item shipped is carefully inspected for workmanship.

If for some reason you receive something that is defective, please send us an email and we will resolve the issue quickly, and in most cases send a new item out right away.

Warranty:  All hardware on the collar is guaranteed for breakage under normal wear and tear for one year. Should something on your collar break we will be happy to repair or replace the collar if needed. Send us an email and we will take a look and see what needs to be done.  Sometimes dogs like to eat collars and might take a bite out of one. If this is the case send us a picture and we will try and offer a repair at a nominal fee if possible.

Exclusions: Custom made collars or leashes are not exchangeable.
